Hi Ed welcome and thanks for the intro. If you would like to be a buyer here you need to have a paid membership so you can post a buyers page for what you are looking for.

Welcome from Dakota Territory. This site has a lot of traffic and the membership has been worth it for me and I do not even advertise. You have to be the judge if a membership is worth it for you. I do not know anyone that has expanded a hobby or business that did not have to invest time and money. Your goals will determine the amount of each you are willing to part with. Good luck.

Do most members on here have their location set? Seems to be a void around my area.

I do not know if most do or do not. Some members list their location and others do not. I can assure you there are members from your area and they may chime in sooner or later. After you are on here a while you get to know where members are from based on posts about weather, companies buying scrap in their area, their prices, the beer available, etc. Although some members like to keep their location secret, they usually give enough hints in posts that you can get a good idea. Therefore I can assure you that there are members in your area.

Members from the Dakota Territories are proud of this fact and it is believed all members from this area admit it. We might have some that do not post and just hang out, so I am not positive.

I would have never guessed you were from Deaver, Wyoming. Great place to live, but a long ways from the closest scrap yard in Billings, MT. By the way, I would have guessed you were from Colorado instead of Wyoming. You learn something new everyday on SMF.

If you are still not sure then please edit your post to remove your offer to buy materials. When you are sure then the forum would be glad to have you pay for a buyers thread.
