When I first started scrapping out my basement of my collection of clean outs of parent and grandparents houses I discovered brass. At that time I thought copper was king and pushed the brass to the side. I happened to bring some brass in and was surprised by the price. So I continued cleaning up and ended up with about 200 pounds of brass. Seems wife's grandfather had a penchant for saving brass. So there you go my name and my favorite metal.
