    Smile Hi everyone...

I wanted to introduce myself to everyone on here, and I hope I can help with anything regarding scrap metal,or old stuff in general....I have just encountered this website, and thought it was very informative. My scrapping "career" began at a very young age with my dad...we went to flea markets, big auction barns, yard sales, estate sales, rummage sales, etc all my childhood, as well as my grandpa(dad's dad) being a junk yard owner. As a child, I was growing up in Central Indiana, Indianapolis, and surrounding areas, and we used to take trips to Indy in Grandpa's old step side Chevy pickup with loads of copper wire, steel cables, and miscellaneous car parts that I remember...it was always very exciting to go up to the huge scrapyard in Indy...it was bigger than my grandpa's local junk(salvage) yard in Franklin....lots of good memories are tied in to scrap metals for me....happy hunting to everyone!!
