    Hello from New Hampshire

    Hello,

My name is Dan. I recently got into recycling and scraping as Part timer. I was never introduced to scrapping until now and I feel that I missed out a lot. But i guess it is never too late and now is better time to start then later. I am located in Merrimack nh. I have been dumpster diveing and/or searching for any curv alert. It's been about 5 days and so far got me 6 tv sets and 1 computer and 1 motor. I got help from this forum and YouTube to tear aprart old tv sets and retrieved some cupper and aluminums. I have never knew that i actully enjoying scrapping and take parts out more than my day job. Since I am new to the field, I will take anything that comes across, but eventually I want to get into e-scrapping. I am a full time design engineer and I love old CPUs. They are very good looking!

I am hoping to get some more volume in near future and start making some extra money and more experience so I can start contribute to the forum in future.

    Thank you
    Dan

Hello from Boston, not too far away. Not bad on the findings. I'm not sure how it works up there if people have to pay to dispose of TVs but try and post ads you will recycle their TVs for the for a small fee. Any luck finding any low grade tv board buyers message me thanks.

A rash of Granite Staters signing up suddenly.

    I detect a conspiracy.

I used to do IT work for GT Solar there in Merrimack, about a mile up from the Bud plant.

Where are you taking your scrap? We used to run ours down to the yards in Chelsea... Seems they tended to have the best prices. I seem to remember a scrap yard over on S. Main St. in Manch, right on the river, but never did end up taking any scrap there.
