    I don't know...Pushed or Pulled?

I don't know if I am being pushed or pulled in this direction but here I am.

I started walking to keep myself in shape and keep the weight down and started seeing cans along the side of the road, so I would crush them. Then I would pick them up and stage them out along whatever route I was going. When enough had accumulated and before they would disappear, I would go around and pick up the stash and cash them in.

Now here I am on a scrapper forum??? Pushed or pulled ?

Or just going with the flow?

Well my world of scrap metal started about 20 or so years ago... my cousin brought my dad some lead from the power compant for making fishing weights... inside was heavy #1 copper wire... this other old guy my dad talks to said, hey.. I will take the copper to the scrap yard and get money for it.... that got wheels turning in my head... i would go to dump every weekend before they put a stop to scroungers... would go thru the construction section and look for wire and strip it.... Well it just blew up from there... now I am even doing some side work for my scrap yard stripping down stuff....

I enjoy knowing the answer is 42. I loved that book, Mike.

Now go beat the copper out of something, Miked

I don't get the "42" reference LOL... I may be a bit too ancient.

Still waiting to find out " What's the frequency; Kenneth?" Another enduring mystery of life.
