for electronic small boards I used ziplock bags with bubble wrap taped around it. Buy a good shipping scale so you don't short yourself any money. I get all my boxes, bubble wrap from the trash. Anytime I see a good box or bubble wrap in a dumpster I take it. Got a nice collection now. Make sure all parts are secure even if you have to pack each part separately and place all smaller boxes in a large box. Hope this helps.
