    Biggest Potential Client Yet

    Hi Everyone,

Haven't been on here as much as I'd like, but at least have been staying busy, and I hope everyone else has too!

Well, I went to one of my regular dumpster spots to pick up some metal bedframes. It's at a large apartment complex. On a whim, I decided to go into the office and drop off a card. The woman said that she could use someone to haul off appliances, and that her only concern was that they were disposed of properly. This is a 120-unit apartment complex! I have a few regular customers but nothing this steady. I had my insurance binder faxed to her, and also emailed her a list of stuff that I take that she might not have thought of. Hopefully, this pans out!

    Happy Scrapping, everyone!

Congratulations. They basically just don't want you taking it to some creek area, and throwing it off.

She may or may not realize that you are turning it into a scrap yard and will be paid for it, and they will process it according to EPA and other local and federal regulations.
