Should have just kept the info to myself instead of trying to inform e-scrappers on how their scrap is being processed.
    Sounds dishonest to me !

Buy a used roll-off truck, a couple of radio ads (for your professional business offering great cash prices on junk cars), Business cards, nice logo'd polo, a sawzaw, and some gas money. Use all available free advertising, and save at least $1000 for cars. shop around for best prices in your area at local scrapyards for your scrap cars. Cut off the converters and sell them on eBay. Expand after you save up enough money.

No I'm not. At least not down here in Florida. There are auctions around here where you can pick up cheap equipment if you keep an eye out. I bought a working, driving hook-lift container truck for less than $2,000 this year (I have one already and sold this one that I bought for $6,000). I bought an old crappy (but working) dump truck for around scrap prices. If you pick the right commercials, you can keep cheap radio commercials around here without lengthy contracts and low minimum ads. Business cards are extremely cheap, and a local guy here makes polos with a 10 shirt minimum. Sawzaws on craigslist for days. You will not be getting those deals on a truck every day, but if you have time to wait, and auctions to go to, it can be done. Been there done that.
