question about loading and shipping to overseas

I just purchased copper wire scrap from someone who doesn't provide loading and shipping.
its a different state, my question is who should i contact for loading and shipping it to overseas.
I found 3 different companies, one will load , other one will drop it to Port and 3rd one will ship it to overseas .
that will cost me a lot. can someone recommend me just one company who will take care all 3 steps.

    Thanks in advance

Why would you purchase without knowing how to ship or how much it will cost?

I'm new in this business and were buying scrap from scrap brokers. who was taking care of shipping as well.
this is first time I bought directly, as I know shipping cost around $3000 but companies quoting me higher than that.
if someone point me to the right direction that would be helpful.
    Thanks.
