I sounds like you have a good plan. Will it work, to many variables to know, area, demographics, saturation of advertising and many more. The part where it looks like you are ahead of the game is everything you have in your plan is, well thought out and will be done in the appropriate, professional manner.
Referrals are the #1 way to market yourself. When I sold my last company 18 of 21 regular accounts were from referrals. Whatever contacts you generate from your advertising take care of them and encourage them to help promote you. When the old lady talks about all the junk her sister has, make sure you give her a card for her sister and then buy her a potted plant when you get a fat stack for cleaning up her sisters.
Judging by the plan you have for the door hangers I'm sure you know all this but I screw it up all the time. Im always passing up opportunities and only realizing it days later. Good luck![]()
