Noob Helpful Idea for the Admins

If this is in the wrong area, I guess i'll accept the teasing and possible flogging... Anyways, I am fairly new at scraping myself, I have done ALOT of reading on here, starting from the oldest threads up to the newest and my biggest question is always "Wonder what I'll get" And to be honest, the best help with that is seeing the pictures of peoples scrap loads and then the pay stub. Admins, would it be possible to get a section that is for pictures of the loads and the payday only? I really think this will help alot of people get a visual of what it is to scrap. And, if there is a section that is only for yard trips with pictures, I'll go sit quietly in the corner...

We purchase laptop computers and many components for greater than scrap value. We offer a shipping reimbursement program.replies

There's no section for loads only that I'm aware of.

I think it's a cool idea. Just like car forums have a "Show Off Your Ride" section, a "Show Off Your Scrap" section would be cool.

Awesome idea, I'll add mine In also so it's a 1 stop idea shop for admin. Get iphone and app! And make a section for only breakdowns where you can post pics of full breakdowns only(when someone asks how to take something apart, direct them towards it!, smf dictionary!

Yea I really think a section for only yard loads and earnings with photos and also a breakdown section only would be awsome. It'd be alot easier to find and probably prevent alot of repeated questions like Washer, Water heater tear down etc...

Isn't that what the day in the life of a scrapper section is for? Take straight from it's description..

"Talk about current, past or future scrap metal jobs or projects. Found a motherload? Good payday? Scrap metal stories, "A Day in the Life of a Scrapper".

Far as stopping repeated questions...good luck with that. the info people need is here, but we still get all the questions that are easily answered an found by a search.

Or you could just start your own thread in the right section for something like this. Not sure why a whole section is needed for someone to post a pic. A simple thread would do. Matter of fact i['m sure there is one out there already. I'm sure such a thread would be quite popular what with everyone making their own thread.

Yes but day in the life has alot of different posts also, I ment one that required pictures and also required the payout. Kinda a "show off your load and pay" section.
