shred 140 in the city, 160 way out in the boonies...?

    shred 140 in the city, 160 way out in the boonies...?

    Weird. Shreds at 140 in the city (barrie) but out in the country about 30 mins outside of the city(creemore), its at 160. Further distances from refiners, surprised they are paying more. Hopefully it goes up soon here in the city. 140 just isnt cuttin it!

    If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...
