    server regulatrs

a server regulator is located at both ends of the cpu aray the have a heave heat sink on both sides and some copper. they have large gold plated teeth and are well populated.

my question is, what are these classed as (cleaned of all excess metal) sense they are basicaly the same as a memory with biger teeth and more populated then a hard drive board.

I've just been pulling the heat sinks off of them and throwing them with my finger cards.
