I am wondering how current members from Tennessee deal with these laws. The biggest hurdle that seems to keep throwing itself in my way seems to be the scrap metal registration program. I don't have too big of a problem paying the $175 dollars for two years, but the intrusiveness of the laws related to the program are a little to much to handle. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with these laws, mostly from an E-waste standpoint?
