Now, this is funny because my uncle lives in the same county but told me scrapping is illegal. well, I guess its not as long as you only take from the tree lawn area. Of course I know not to go into folks yards to take stuff and some scrappers must be doing this to warrant such an article, I just thought I'd post what the Police Lt. had to say vs. what the law books say.

so, in short, just another confusing take on scrapping laws and the folks that break them lol.
