    Tv's and computer monitors question

I come across so many tv's and old style computer monitors on a daily basis. Who's buying these things, anyone in the NY area? I have read posts on here that some yards are paying per lb. Im not looking to break these down, just drop them off and get paid.

The guy from cali who posted earlier said he got 5 cents a lb..thatd be money in the bank if that was all over the states..i scrap em n pay my buddy a bit to haul the tubes to a different county where residents can dispose of them for free..it just depends where ur located i guess..i recall a guy on the east coast geting 8 cents a lb for just the tubes..he got that free ebay auction for bulk monitors if im not mistaken..cant recall the name but worth checking the old threads...i wished i lived in cali after reading his post..that would be great..gl man
