scrap cable ends do they have any value

i bought a huge box of misc computer cables and cords. im sorting and cliping all the ends to get the insulated copper price but i have a tub full of the ends like parallel USB DVI VGA ps/2 and others all with gold pins. i was wondering if theres a buyer for those out there and whats the going price. i can pack up a few flat rate usps boxes full let me know if anyone wants to buy them.

Check with some of the forum members in the buyers section. They will be able to clarify what they buy, prices and best way to sort.

Yes, they run from $1.50 -2.00 a lb. check in the buyers/sellers section, that's what it's there for.

Please pick a buyer you like and email or Personal Message them, or maybe pick up the phone and ask them. They are very busy right now and don't sit on this forum 24/7.

DBMAX, I don't know what you mean by larger amounts of boards, pick-up truck load or tractor trailer load. All e-waste buyers buy by the lbs. if you have an extra large amount (1000 lbs. or more) you might be able to make a deal to get a few more cents per lbs.

Is it worth getting into the gold recycling.
I want to but I just can't get anywhere near the amount of computers that you American guys can get.

So far, I have 38.... I need 125 before I'm going to get the acid out.

Thanks I,ve not only learned a bunch here but I found several buyers willing to pay good prices for my ewasted stuff. I really like this site. Been here before but I was selling shred steel and copper then, curcuit boards were worth nothing then.

Sounds like 38 will make you some money. Take it when you can unless you save it up for retirement.

You call them worthless but for us it's money in the bank, here was one load we took to Ohio, came back with about $2100. How worthless was that? lol
