    The pay on the ends depends on the buyer. The cutting off has been discussed a lot. I use pruning shears, the ones that look like sissors. With your load you may want to consider buying an old fashioned paper cutter like teachers used to use. The kind with a the long blade. Here's an example of one on ebay, Mike
