    boards from car radio's

I know I've seen this discussed, but couldn't find it. Got 15 or 20 saved up. Anybody know where that info can be found. Thanks.

I have not been able to find it either.....However, if you are looking to grade them I can offer a bit of information....From my experience the boards from car radios are either mid-grade or #3 motherboard. From all of them that I have torn down they are not the highest grade of board but they will have some value. I even found one that had a low grade brown board in it, just my luck, I spend all that time tearing the darn thing apart and get nothing but crap.

So what is the value of a middle or #3 board? I wondering if it makes sense to ship these. Thanks, Mike

#3 sells for $2.00-$2.25 per pound and mid-grade sells for .25-.40 per pound normally. I usually tell my clients that shipping #3 board is worth it if other sending out other items but mid-grade is best left for a non-shipping sale.
