    Anything good here?

I found a posting on craigslist for free, electronic office equipment and called to see what they were disposing of. Well, two car loads later and here I am sorting out the goodies. I scored 4 flat screen monitors, a bunch of laser printers, 5 keyboards, 3 large battery backups (batteries no good), bunch of numerous fax/copier machines, a gutted laptop, and some toner cartridges (some new). Ill try to get some pics up of the lot. Some of the copiers are heavy as heck! Where should I begin???

Nice. I would need a picture to determine where to begin.

Items that are trash...keyboards gutted laptop

The flat screens what size are they? Could be from $4 to $20 each non-working

Printers in short...not worth a ton but can make out ok if you put some time into braking them down. I my self..dont bother as we get trailer loads of them.

The batter backups called UPS. Take them apart..you will be very happy =)

Toner cartridges look them up..some are worth money...others are not.

    Hope this helps.

If you have time pull the film and cord out of the keyboard, there is some buyers for the films when you have a stack of them.

I have a few of these, just wondering what a "stack" is considered

...enough to register on a scale

that way you can either sell them, or learn about silver refinement and estimate your silver yield

If your going to break them down pull the ink cartridges first so your not wearing it or end up looking like a blue smurf, (like someone we know). I think I would only concentrate on the ones with the card slots in them as they have higher grade boards in them.

Like filthy said, you need enough to attract buyers. I hang mine up on a pegboard hook on the wall, and when I fill the hook, there'll be enough to sell and let the experts refine them.

If you haven't destroyed the keyboard yet, I remember reading a user's post about how used keyboards can fetch good prices on Ebay. Sine you got this for free then you can definitely start at a low bid. I would recommend this for a USB keyboard as opposed to a PS2 keyboard as the USB keyboard is much more widely used today. Check Ebay though because I'm not sure if the information is still valid. Good job with the load by the way ;]

Before you go nutz breaking things apart I hope you are checking these to see if they are working. Lcd screens will sell on ebay or craigslist.Even lazer printers are fetching a preety penny on ebay far more then shred price. My .02
