I concur with the blah feeling. I think a nice spike in prices would help lift us all out of this funk. Ewasted hasn't changed pricing since September. Gold and Silver have been flat forever
Copper, brass, and Leather. 3 of my favorite things.

"You need this!" The North Korean cheer reminds me of some of the Obama cheer squads.

Today I actually picked up a laptop today and tested it out getting it ready for sale. Not out of the blahs but its a step in the right direction. 73, Mike

I have sucked it up and processed tons of material since I initially wrote this.......Now I understand why all this stuff is in storage..........It's costing me money to process plus very time consuming with runs to scrap yard/recycling/landfill etc........Keep up the good work guys........Oh yea 70 degrees today here in Knoxville

    Sounds like progress!

Just because an item contains value(s), doesn’t mean it’s worth the time to extract it.

I’m a big fan of slowing down, timing, calculating, analyzing, then deciding if an item is worth ever revisiting/disassembling again. I only want to do multiples of profitable items, not multiples of failure to profit.

A business does not function well or grow, by doing tasks that fail to make profit.

sorry I should clarify........this costs me money up front but the pay off in the end is always more than when I started

Just gotta keep pushing. I finally just caught up on normal computer stuff and have finally gotten to and almost finished a multiple pallet lot of traffic control boxes I won at auction last spring. Since I started e-scrapping 1 year ago, almost 10 pallets have made their way to mario and gorven with butt loads of ram to PTS. The 1 school district I have signed up is worth $2-4K each time they call, so they are my main priority when they call every 4 months. Im now eyeballing the biggest school district in my city. I have made contact and will know something soon. That score could potentially turn this "hobby" into a full time gig or atleast a 3-4hr commitment each day after my day job. Very glad the market is stable somewhat on gold/silver, but like anyone else, I want it to go up. But I will take stability over volatility.
