    Broken boards?

Does a broken circuit board grade the same as if it was unbroken? Or is there a lower grade it slips in that's lower than low grade or anything?

A small socket mother board, for example, that has been broken in half should be graded the same as one that hasn't. That's the case with my buyer.

As long as the entire board is shipped. Like broken boards that are all missing their CPU socket, or harvested in some way, would probably get downgraded.

yeah if you snap all the sockets of motherboard and ship the other half the board and keep the socket half you should expect a downgrade.
