Yeah must be the transferring vhs to dvd i thought it was just a straight player, but i still see people paying up for vhs players and crap on ebay. I see this kind of stuff posted for free so often it's hard for me to believe people pay close to full price for this kind of stuff. Since I've become more of a scrapper, junker and frugal person, I tend to balk at buying most things new or at full price.

that unit does not transfer from vhs to dvd as the dvd drive is not a writer.

I believe it will, however, transfer VHS, from Analog, to Digital ; )

I dunno, was just a guess. I know those buggers brand new run a pretty penny. One I have I got as scrap.

I never use it tho..lol..unless my DVR is broken. Even then I just log on an watch what I want through Netflix an other sites I use.

I agree with TRB..folks will drop money on just about anything.
