    300 Network Switches

Any ideas on someone that buys used network switches for more than scrap price? Picked up somewhere between 3-400 network switches that were pulled from service while working. Want to maximise my profit with minimal tear down time!

    Any buyers come to mind?

Scrap price is around $4 a lb., that's with the metal plates removed. Depending on the board they weigh around 2 lbs. Each. Most are only good for scrap there are some that will sell for more, you need the model numbers. Contact CLR Solutions from this site or easy recycling, they can help.

network switches are about the easiest escrap tare down you will fin. they contain 1, 2 lb higrade board, 1 small power supply and one turbofan.

on Cisco servers you will often find a plastic strip glued to the case this strip is plated and will sell for the same price as one sided fingers.

Thanks for all of the insight. The guys apparently didn't get them today as there are about 3 trailer loads of other Misc stuff to get with the switches. I'll have my brother take pics when they load it all up! Makes me wish I were back in Ohio this week to see the fruits of my "Labor"....I'm been reeling in this fish for 8 months...even before I moved to Florida!

Thank you resourceful but pointing back to my original post, I'm looking "for more than scrap price" ! If at all possible. I can get more than a $0.40 per pound average I we break them down, an it's a quick break down
