P4 processors don't bring a whole lot in scrap. Scrap to me is exactlly what the word means. It has no other value and is at the end of it's life. If you could sell these processors for 1.00 a piece you would be making more than scrap. I personally don't know if there is much of a market for P4s but if they are new in the box I'd first try Ebay.

    Intel Pentium 4 2 0 GHz Socket 478 CPU SL6S7 512 400 P4 | eBay

    Intel Pentium 4 2 0 GHz Socket 478 CPU SL5YR 512 400 P4 | eBay

    Intel SL5TL Pentium 4 2 0GHz 256 400 Socket 478 P4 CPU Processor Fully Tested | eBay

If you don't have an Ebay account you really limit the market you can sell to. It only takes a min or two to make an account, but feedback is really important and does affect who will buy from you and how much they will pay.

He is right, when I first started my ebay'ing I had to almost give stuff away to get it to start selling.

the 2ghz is a midrange p4, even the people that are still buying p4 cpus for upgrades are going to be looking for ones in the 2.8-3.2 range, i say scrap them or sell them as a lot maybe $20 for the lot
I buy and sell all types of scrap and escrap. I buy specialty and hard to sell escrap. I buy resale items. PM me or contact me at jghilino@hotmail.com
I AM ACTIVELY BUYING ESCRAP OF ALL TYPES. BOARDS, RAM, CPUS AND MUCH MORE
