So...anyone else break down cameras? Found a couple of broken ones around the house earlier, and decided..what the hell, lets see whats in one. (after searching an finding no threads..) So..I grabbed the smallest screwdriver I had, and its small...and preceded to take apart one. What did I find on the inside? GOLD IN DEM DER BOARDS! Going by on thinking process, these would be hi-grade/mB quality..I will post some pics up tomorrow, when I can get better ones then I did earlier, and you folks can tell me if I'm right.
I found two boards, in the one I cracked open, both glittered with gold. The lens part seems to all be one piece, pulled out a small lcd screen, some gold where the memory card goes and the battery.
If anyone has broken these down before, and I missed the thread I apologize..if no one has before..Your all welcome, consider this my Christmas gift to you.
Again will post up the pics tomorrow of the innards for those curious.
