    Printers and ink carts

Is there any guide for scrapping printers and ink carts? The company I work for throws these out all the time I feel theres probably good stuff in these.

Printers can usually be sold for scrap steel price, although there are high grade boards in most that can be pulled out if you want to take the time to. That's a matter of preference.

Ink cartridges can be brought to Staples for a $2 store credit. However, there's a limit of 10 per month on them.
There's nothing more fun and more effective than hitting something repeatedly with a sledgehammer

See where I am going wIth this. You can only one cards credit per purchase they do expire after a 120 days I think . I have used up to 3 months of credit in one purchase (60.00)
    They have useful stuff there

In addition to Staples, OfficeMax does the same ink cartridge recycling program.

There are other buyers out there if you are doing any volume in cartridges. Just do a quick Google search.

If you are into refining, the cartridges, and the part they cartridges connect into, are the only things worth taking out.
