Made my first pickup today

I posted a listing on Craigslist and got a response from a guy saying he had some internal parts from a laptop. I figured it would be a good to get whatever I can to learn my way around the parts. I went to his house and he had two intact towers, a box of 9 hard drives, a couple of cd players and loads of cables waiting for me I'm assuming that this was a good haul :confused:




I sent him and email thanking him and he said that he'd forward my info on to his Neighbors and Friends. We'll see what happens.

Now I'm off to read the ebook I picked up when I joined the Scrap Room. Hopefully this is the start of something good.
