These are the chances you take using temps. I'm taking a big chance especially since I'm expecting them to be onsite at 6am on a Saturday morning. Plus they're working for $10 to $11 per hour. Sure I'm worried about that. As for technical skills. I'm just hoping they can follow simple directions, off load a car, truck or trailer, sort material into 4 simple categories, stack on a pallet,
shrink wrap and use a pallet jack. Not computer science but like I said in the beginning, these are the chances you take when using temps.
