Yeah I would change it to a "free shipping" auction. It's just off putting for some people to pay $35 in shipping and $35 for the computer. But the same person might be excited about $69.99 plus FREE SHIPPING!

I would put more pictures, you get 12 free. I would also grab some windex or whatever kitchen spray cleaner and a paper towel and just lightly spray the paper towel and see if those scuffs don't just scrub off. But that's just me. Hope it sells!

We purchase laptop computers and many components for greater than scrap value. We offer a shipping reimbursement program.replies

If it boots to an operating system, take a photo of the desktop screen, and make it the primary photo. I'd also list the service tag in the description- people can use it to look up system specs.

Also, I'd set the item condition to "Used". Other than that, Pentium II machines are still a hard sell, so it may take some time to find the right person.

Pictures showing it boot helps a ton, and clean it up a bit.

Vintage collectors machines that sell for $75+ tend to be shown working and cleaned up (unless it is an Amiga or some other very collectable machine).
