Now, that's funny! They didn't even know how much money they spent? For an extra $90, I bet I could come up with "a laptop".

I can't get over how people will spend a lot of money on something, and won't even look at the pictures.

I am backed up with my regular work, 2 of my competitors have closed. This will sell, I had 4 boxes and only one is left. The price is 1/2 of what it would cost me to buy them wholesale. If I wanted to count them I would have before I listed them. If I was thinking of buying that listing I would have asked BEFORE I bought it. If he bought them and had to get even 30 to make 200 he would have been much better off then getting them somewhere else. I hate loose handset cords they get tangled just looking at them. I spend an extra 10c and get them bagged.

Bingo- questions are fine. Questions after buying are another story.

Oh I understand what your saying. The buyer was a jerk about it and we all would have most likely asked before we bought. I'm just looking at it, like the time spent on the forum talking about it doesn't make money, but the money was there to be made. Maybe I look at things wrong, what do I care if he is a jerk. I want paid plain and simple. Someone else can teach him a lesson I guess. But you did what you felt was right.

Part of it was principle. I have done things on principle that has cost me before. What if I had counted them and there where only 192 cords? What would he have done? Not wanted them? Want a partial refund? Want me to buy 8 cords at my expense?

Maybe. Just pointing out. I'm sure you will sell that last box no big deal

There's nothing wrong with venting in my mind. If we're counting time, though, a lot of us waste plenty on this forum!

Maybe not. Still rather make the money.
