    What was that out of?

    I just found a double sided gold processor in an old cisco switch the other day, looks exactly like an old pentium...I'm going to keep my eye out for those at auctions etc a little more now.

    Are they from a Laptop?
    I have two CPU from laptops that are the actual chip on mylar with pure Gold tracking out to the edges of the inch square mylar.
    Like your chip, it looks like its got a heatsink on both sides.

    They are ceramic chips.
