Game controller boards - what grade?

the only think I found with searching was about the consoles themselves but its possible I missed something. are the boards in the controllers themselves low grade or higher? thanks!

its better for resale value even on the ones that do not work I get $5each I do lots of 12 though for better value and shipping but if they are working then at least a minimum of $15 I sell them for each and higher depending on the controller
