I'm not a yard owner, but it seems to me you could have a guy at the pile for minimum wage with a wheel barrow picking out good stuff all day long and come out smelling like roses. I bet you would have no trouble finding people to do that job on commission either. Split the take with someone and I bet you would have a line up of scrappers trying to get in on that action.
