Hard Rubbish Melbourne Australia What i have found (ITS A GOLDMINE)

Hi there folks i just wanted to share with you some of the stuff i have picked
up from hard rubbish in Melbourne which only happens once a year unfortunatly,
i have got to tell you there is heaps and heaps of stuff out there, there are tons
of it ranging from, fridges, microwaves, TV there a tons of those lying around,
there also a few fridges and washing machines lying around and there is tons
of scrap iron and steel, and not to mention some electric motors mostly smaller
ones some copper wire i have picked up along the way, there is just about everything
you can think of that you can make money on selling scrap metal.

Anyhow i took some pictures and though i would share them with you
and unfortunatly i dont own a car so i am using something else to collect
and put my goodies in this is what i am using lol, i just wish i had a car.

This is some of the stuff i collected from my first day, it included some small
electric motors from pedestal fans about four pc power supplies which i tore apart
for the copper coils wrapped around the ceramics rings, i think i have collected
about a pound of copper from just six pc power supplies alone.

And i also managed to pick up some more wiring on my 3rd run and i also picked
up a kilo of copper piping as you can see in the pictures and two more electric motors.

And this is what i got on my run today i managed to rip four electric motors from
some pedestal fans that i found along the way, and i also managed to get a huge electric motor from a washing machine or something it has the fitting at the end
to hook up a rubber belt to it, and i also managed to pick up a computer with a
gig of ram a intel pentium d dual core processor and a 80 gig sata hard drive.

Its a start and you never known where it will take you. I've seen guys using bikes and mopeds with two wheeled trailers hauling good loads. Another member from your part of the world walks and has a sack. So keep it up and you be able to buy your own truck, Mike.

Now go beat the copper out of something, Miked

A truck i wish i could afford one of those lol, and its get even harder to find stuff when
hard rubbish i not on you still find stuff but it makes it a bit harder, i find myself looking through every large bin i come across for most copper and aluminium,
the problem is there are quiet a lot of small factories near me and quiet a few
places that deal in the automotive industry like mechanics panel beaters etc
and they alway have a lock and chain on most of their bins so i can open the lid
and get inside i guess its to stop people like me getting in there making a mess and taking stuff, its such a shame, i have had a lot of fun collecting stuff around this time
of the year but in another two weeks it will be over, oh well i wish i had car so i could
go and pick up some good bits of scrap metal steel.
