landing local construction, electrical, a/c, and auto buisness's how to?

To be honest in the early days we bought more shop scrap than anything else. Problem is now days in my area we have so many thieves that the materials disapear too fast and it isint worth it to the shop owners to keep it inside. We still have a few shops that we buy from when they get a good pile. The HVAC shops we got because we properly remove the referigrant and provide a certification for their records. I still recieve from 3 of them but only trailer loads at a time.
