I have noticed an interesting trend around here. More and more people are putting out their garbage out in the morning rather than in the evening. I think it is because of the shear number of scrappers that are digging through the cans. I only ever grabbed the stuff I could see on the side of the cans or on the top and never dug through the cans, but the new scrappers are digging in the cans. If they like diapers, let them have at it.
