    Wow, having a great summer!

Well I did some horse trading with my uncle, gave him 100 feet of that mining wire and he said he would give me some cash and batteries to pay me for it. Well went out to his yard today and picked up a truck load of batteries...........got home and weighed the truck.........................2300 POUNDS OF BATTERIES!!!!!!!! so I have to haul on monday, renting a trailer locally for $75..............I have 3800lbs of batteries, 1500lbs of prepared steel, 150lbs of rads, and 40lbs of copper! Holy sh!t batman! This is going to be my biggest load ever!

Hey MM, around here Uhaul rents a car trailer for 2 hours for $20.00. Might check with your rental place and see if they have a short hour rental that's cheaper. Nice load tho, good job.

Sorry, I keep forgetting cause our yard is 20 min. away,,,lol
My only problem(and it's not a large one) is the better paying yard for steel is an hour away and we really can't haul enough steel to make the price difference worth it. So we take a lower price on steel but better price on about everything else.

MM, that's where you could use a set of load leveler bars like you use when your hauling a travel trailer. I could haul up to a 35 footer with a 3/4 ton truck and my load levelers would pull the tongue up level, so you weren't nose light and a$$ heavy. You can probably buy a used set from a camper supply store.
Save a lot of excess wear on the rearend(of the truck).
