Anyone have a large unique motherboard they wanna sell by any chance?

    Hi ALL!!

to make a long story short I havent been in the scrapping business since gold tanked and motherboard prices dropped some 8 years ago or something. However it was still a fun and money making part of my life and i wanted to make something to remember all those computers that i destroy :-) Im looking for larger motherboards that have ceramic chips and green backed mobo. not just your regular server type but more like the full squared or rectangular motherboards. if they have gold ceramics the better but im talking like maybe 20 x 20 in if possible. My plan is to make a wall mural and have them framed. if you have something let me know! Ill pay double scrap value plus shipping or if you have to name your price feel free.

    thanks for looking!

You might to want to sit down...

I have no motherboard for you sadly. I do have a cooler though. Have you ever thought of giving a home to a cooler in need? Not only would you be helping a cooler find a home, but you'd become a part of very select group of..cool people.

Remember....Motherboards will turn on you. A cooler will love you forever.

All that said...good luck in your hunt, sure someone will come along with more then humor to offer you.

I had tons of boards like this that your probably would have been interested in, most were from 80s-90s large printing machines.... But unfortunately I have already mailed them off on a pallet to a scrap buyer on here....

I do have a ton of server boards that are very large, but they probably aren't as populated with IC chips as you'd wanted from you're description... But I can snap a few pics today to see if you'd have any interest in them, but my guess would be that you won't.

See...I make one attempt at a funny post, an out come the answers.

    Your welcome OP.

You may thank me by buying a cooler somewhere.

You cold also have a statue made of me, an place in a highly populated earlier so that all may bask in the awesomness that is me. If you go the statue route, I ask that you include a cooler and a goat.

I'm very humble so maybe the statue isn't the right idea. A plane flying an spelling out "Thank you, Sirscrapalot, your the best! #Coolerlife" would be acceptable also. For I am a humble person.

This post may or may not be full of sarcasm, I'll leave it up to you dear reader figure out.

It probably isnt worth most of the buyers on heres' time to go fish out stuff..... but.... im sure some of them probably have examples of all types of boards of various sizes.

unfortunately the biggest I have that is square is 17x17 inch. and some rectangular ones that are 17-20" on the longest side. Hopefully you find what you are looking for for your art installation. I can always appreciate some good art.......
