    Not a bad few days

So I work in a warehouse complex and the maintainence guys were in the process of completely stripping out one of the units (2500sf shop space). I walked up and asked what their plan was with the metal to which they said "oh, we were going to take it to the dump". Long story short I ended up getting all of the wiring (6 full totes) and all of the steel from the project. The best part, all of the metal was less than 100' from where I do electronics recycling! From the sounds of it they will have another few totes of wire and some other steel.

We purchase laptop computers and many components for greater than scrap value. We offer a shipping reimbursement program.replies

I can't tell what all of that is, but if the white stuff is gondola shelving, trust me- you'll want to keep some. You'll find more uses for it than you can imagine!

Also, I have some stuff for you that I was planning on bringing up Saturday when we head that way, but you might be out of room now. Nice problem to have, isn't it....

I love getting lots like that, especially if they are so close by. Nice score. I usually breakdown the largest items first, so that I can have some breathing room. lol Not only did you get this batch, but they may keep you in mind for any other units they work on.
