    Just saying

i along with many of you have had issues posting pics on this site. I know for some it's easy or not much of a problem, and others like myself it's just an aggravating problem. Anyway I was looking for new ideas on sources for ewaste. And noticed on one of the archived posts someone was asking about refining and another member mentioned the gold refining forum, so I decided to check it out. I don't know if some of the same people run it but it's set up similar to this forum. I registered so I could check it out and there is some useful info. But not to get to get off topic, I decided to make a post just to see what kind of activity it had, and I found their system for posting pics was without a doubt the simplest system I've ever used on any site. If there's a way to incorporate that system on this site there would be a hell of a lot of pics(at least from me for sure, I still can't post pics, may be something wrong with my account) on here. P.S. if this post is not allowed, please feel free to delete it. P.S. I LOVE BEER. LOL

I believe the proper course of action is to post a job ticket or whatever they call it to the mods. As I recall from the past though they didn't seem to be very inclined to do anything about the issue.

I use the photo hosting service Imgur.com. It is free to use. They have a bb message board code box you can copy and paste into a post to post the hosted picture. If there is a picture online you want to post, I do not bother using the picture inserting button in the textbox tools, I type the image code in myself. I will have to show you the text with a space between each character or you will not be able to see it... [ i m g ]www.yourpicURL[ / i m g ]

I believe if you quote this reply, you will be able to see the code used to post a picture that is hosted on the web to display in a forum post.

The bracketed img starts the code to display the image ---><---End of image code. The / ends the bracketed code.

That's my whole point. No need for hosting sites, don't have to worry about I got or JPEG. Just insert image button, the it asks from gallery or website, press gallery find the pic, click and it's uploaded. No stored pics and ablosutley simple.
