if you read the entire bill there is some very good stuff in it, the waiver for trash and recycle trucks weight up to three days after it rains is a real game changer here in FLorida where trucks may have to sit parked or run light to avoid tickets during and after rain

yeah, these laws are getting crazy, Even crackheads should be able to scrap TRASH/Garbage. rather have a crackhead doing some work to get money than just a plain ole thief crackhead.
