If you could only scrap one thing for the rest of your life.....

If you could only scrap one thing for the rest of your life what would it be? Prices would be at what they were before they went to crap.

E-Waste. I've done it for the longest time, and am pretty comfortable at it.

I'd like to try a scrap a couple of cars though. Just to say I've done it. I've only parted a couple out.

If you could only scrap one thing for the rest of your life what would it be?

So I get to pick just one thing for the rest of my life, to scrap, I'm going to assume I get to keep my day job. A thing could be a building, so I'll pick my local Bank of America branch on the first of the month, a Friday morning before they open. I'll keep the doors locked, put up singes indicating this bank is no longer needed as they provided lousy service, always took more than they gave. The building and all of it's contents will be SCRAPED and converted to a community food bank. We will be opening soon and start feeding a community as the old bank has taken enough already.

I hate this bank, I'll scrap the cash, convert it to a food bank and give instead of taking!

    I agree.

I've been in the phone business since 84 and your larger businesses keep their phone systems up to date but many smaller companies (50 phones or less) have systems that are 15 and 20 years old that are still working.

There are so many old systems out there and I still like working on them. I like replacing them also. Most of the time I get to keep the old system and any old PC's and battery backups they have.

Oh geez...even though there are more profitable things to scrap, I could scrap microwaves all day long. they are fun and easy peasy and they have magnets! I'm hooked on those magnets! they are every where! In my truck, outside of my truck, in the bed of my truck, stuck on my tool boxes, stuck on my vises, my fridges, my doors, my laundry chute door, my table legs, my dryer, my dads Satoh, his tool boxes, his vise, my lawn mowers, in my jeans pockets, my jacket pockets.....

I stick them on the tow motors at work, on the scale at work, on the balers at work, on the shears at work....

    Well, you get the picture!
