    Shady people at the yard

I went to PSC here in Columbus, Oh and sold off a couple hundred pounds of scrap steel. The price is low I don't even call around anymore and just head to PSC. As I was unloading there was one yard worker handling the refrigerators and another working in a rotor pile. The one worker came over and looked in my trailer and asked if I had electronic boards. "Nope none here!" He walked to my left and asked the next vehicle and kept a conversation going about with them as they unloaded. After they left and he came back over and told me they had radioed to keep a close eye on those people. They had been dumping tow motor tires and large amounts of water at the pile.

The worker told me they have to pay $40 every time to have the tow motor tires removed. That there are more people loading washers with cement blocks or concrete, dumping barrels with water and trying to sneak anything but metal in. There were only two guys working the main yard and only just last April he said there was 9 guys.
He said he can't believe there hasn't been a dead body dumped off yet. I had seen a couple of towers untouched and some really old looking servers and asked if I could buy them, but he explained that sort everything at there corporate HQ.
