I love BJ's. Their Pizookies are off the chain.

    Everything bigger at Costco...

If I every go to McD's I only get the grilled chicken. Figured it was the nearest thing to healthy there. Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich, fried. Costco is the spot I usually go if am not packing lunch. $1.60 for soda & dog. $9.99 for 18" pizza. You don't even need a membership to eat there. I read an article about Costco and how they have opened stores all over the world. The number one item sold at the store was listed for whatever country. Though every country listed the same response about the food court, "it's a steal"!

How many of you like to go to the small bakeries and the bread thrift places like Sara Lee and buy what you like that's a value in price and put the bread and "day old" bakery items in the freezer and have a supply on hand as bread and such in the store is a bit over priced these days.

I'm not a fan of white bread as I like a variety of breads from whole wheat to pumpernickel & rye breads. I do like small white bread buns and so called "potato or cottage" breads that are just white bread made a different way. It gets it's names more from the shape of the loafs. I like french bread and also sour dough. Most any bread that has flavor. The "home made" white bread is o.k. and I like the ends very much.

The other kind of bread that I enjoy is colorful with numbers & letters on it.

I read through this thread again and found it a interesting read.
I like information as it is king in this world.

That is what the spam, bots and such are all about. Collecting information so that those that sell their snake oil can get more to buy at a higher price.

I hope this site keeps going even if there are not as many posts as in the past. It's a much different society or societies as anyone can make up their own society.

I'm part of the lives in-between the cracks and laid back mellow society. Not many members, but we know how to party.

Lol ... love the graphic but it's a busy life here.

I'm usually up at 4:00 am every morning, fix lunch, shower, and then it's off to work on my regular job. Work days run 9-10 hrs and i eat lunch on the fly. My wife is an amazing cook so we rarely go out to eat. The food is better at home.

I get a couple of days off a week. Generally sleep in till 5:00am and then start scrapping in the shop for a little extra money. Helps pay for the luxuries like heating fuel in the winter. Sometimes i have to go in to the regular job if there's work that can only be done when the place is closed.

No complaints here. It's a good life.
