    HP: love that this happened. Just proves most advice here is right on spot. Those freebie folks would be laughed out of the bank or by any other professional company or person. More verification that we each can be a professional and as such a coalition of professionals.

    Well the new owners asked for two days to look at it, then I can get in there. They want a few things.....which is nothing compared to whats inside.

    Consider selling some of the stuff on eBay and Craig's List. Resale is usually higher than recycle. Plus, you can have them come and pick up their stuff while your collecting their cash.
