Presumably no cooling now? Any fans in the cabinet that can circulate air within the cabinet?
You could advertise it as a cheese aging cabinet...I was just reading up on that...cheese needs a cool area but not cold...like 60F. Someone could run cold water through the evaporator tubes to cool it a little without having to get all techie by reconnecting a fridge compressor.
Without cooling its a fancy insulated cabinet. I wonder if it may sweat inside?
Gun safe? Lockable tool cabinet?
