What are your goals for 2015?

I wanted to list my goals for 2015 and hear what everyone else's goal are for 2015. (thread inspired by Jeremiah's recent post)

    2015 goals
-Get contractors license to do jobs bigger than $500
    -Get liability insurance
-Convert from a free recycle pickup model to a charging for everything model and appeal to more businesses. Making recycling a byproduct of trash removal service.
-Advertise Light Demo for things such as spas and small sheds
-Upgrade trailer walls or buy new (used) trailer.
    -Upgrade truck
    -Increase storage capacity
-Hire some permanent part time employees

They may seem impossible or hard to reach but the good thing is if I can't get em done in 2015, there's 2016.
    They are:
-Get registered with the state of NY as a E-Scrap Dismantler
-Get all the necessary paperwork to move the business from the house to the property(there's a spot at the end of the driveway i've been itching to build a shop at with pallets)
    -Get the truck fixed up
-Buy my wife her darned Outback
-Pay off what's owed on the house
-Become 'the' place to bring E-Scrap to in central NY(I don't believe there's a place that does E-Scrap only)
-Make this business pay for itself

-Get all of those computers I have broken down and shipped out
-Make an eWaste deal with a local yard
-Get a "better" truck (need something smaller and 4x4)
    -Get more junk removal jobs
-Be more awesome than I already am
    -Secure more regular eWaste pickups

    good goals guys...

#1 Find a better paying scrapyard even if I have to drive hours away with my non ferrous. The local yard is screwing us and they know it.
#2 Expand out. Collect more material.
#3 Try to get some barn clean outs
#4 Upgrade my trailer with surge brakes and new axles
#5 Get a car hauler or even a tow dolly setup where you drive the front wheels on and tow behind the truck.
#6 Extreme goal> Start a recycling location out of a storage container and pay fair prices and take some business from the local yard!

Give the hair on your head a break KZ. Plenty of other places to scratch.

Haven't really thought about it. I guess my goals would be to be a better husband, father, friend and employee. It's been a long hard year.

    My goals for 2015:

I'm converting three of the rooms in my office (I rent 5) into refurbishing computers. I'll be doing a lot more online sales.

I'm already working on that and an imaging server, so can I count them as goals?

    Moving on:

I'd like to get to the point where I'm running a box truck again to handle all of my inventory. So, my goal is to purchase a box truck.

By the end of 2015, I'd like to have enough money to hire my father as a full time employee. By 2016, I want to be able to "rescue" my mother from her job. By this time, I also hope to be able to be paying on a building that I'll own.

So, in short, I'd like to be able to make money, upgrade my equipment and office space when the time comes, and bring the family a little closer together.

Here's to a great 2014, and an even better 2015!

I'll be driving in 2015 so my goals are to take in 1 load of scrap per week and make enough money to purchase a dump trailer by 2017. Putting away $75 a week into savings.

AFMed279- I would copy your #s 2-5 for myself. And would add do scrap more effiecently (and become faster skinning out critters after trapping!).

    I don't have the 7/10 Split problems.

Gutter balls will prevent that situation from happening!
