I stopped by today and my buddy got me in to see all the stuff. Everything is metal except the particle board tops which are heavy as hell. The company tried to sell them with no bites. The company also looked into a temp hiring company and they figured 20 guys for one whole week. I laughed a little. There is around 1,000 desks, and cubicles as far as you can see on two separate floors. I will keep you guys updated on this one. And yes pics if I can broker something.

one thing that can be mention is free might take a while to arrange/do and they would have to get rid of any garbage.

Fast removal would not be free, but quite a bite cheaper than temps.

My guess is that they are paying for the space, or are unable to rent it out until it is empty.
Currently looking for a job in or related to scrap/recycling. Relocation is possible for the right offer.

Road Trip? we can show them what us NY boys can do! lol. Maybe we can get Mr Neck to come along as well.

It does sound like its at least a dumpster provided job, if not a payed gig.
Hey I'm down! Just need some advance notice so I can block out the time at work. We share a hotel room, get the owners to supply the trash roll-offs and I'll be happy to work this job and take a cut!

Personally, done fast, hire help to get them out of the building, then rent a track hoe with grapple so I can rip the tops off and do hands off separation right in the parking lot.

I could probably set up the job in 48 hours notice and complete it in 4 days. There would be a charge for rentals but not for labor. If time isn't as much of a concern well...that's something to be negotiated.
