    Laptop scrap

Just picked this up last night. 15 laptop boards - each had heat sinks and processors. The guy just took in 15 cpu's to competitor and got paid 92.70. I paid $44 for this so called trash. I have to advertise more. He also gave me a tub of screens, a cell phone and samsung tablets for free!

Nice! A buyer on the forums (ewasted) is paying $4.00/lb for clean laptop motherboards... I will for sure be sending mine to him because I have yet to find a better price. Check him out

His price list doesn’t include clean laptop motherboards that I can see, but I do see the Complete/Incomplete laptop listings. Is this a “secret menu item” kind of deal?

Laptops are such a pain to break down, though. I’m glad he buys them whole. Got a few to send out soon.

I'm not sure why those aren't on the list, but he does buy them. There are several other things that he may buy that aren't on the list. There's no secret list that I know of and it's not on the website either. It's always best to email with pics of odd items to get a quote.

That’s good to know. I got a few eWaste items in my “WT****et?” that I can snap pics of and email. My first eWaste shipment is getting quite close to being sorted and sent out and I want to include as much as possible to get an idea what a “normal” shipment will bring me.

    matty,
Definetly has a price for laptop boards. As others have said, buys many items not listed such as mid grade high and low, low grade, IC chips, batteries, etc.. PM Mario with questions or do live chat on his website. Not sure how big your load is, but if over 500 pounds, he does frieght shipment. My shipping went from 40 something cents a pond thru his fedex to 20 cents a pound. Dropped off at trcking company outside albany.

Good to know. I won't have 500 pounds until we're bigger and better but I'll keep that in mind

@mthomasdev, No that is not what you said. I just wanted to give him the price because it's a lot easier than him having to email or talk to ewasted for the price, when I could just tell him right here right now and make it easier for both of them.
